POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:
Generalities

The Organizing Committee is made up of a team from PROMPERU and CANATUR.

The Organizing Committee will meet twice a week to evaluate the registration forms according to the order of entry into the system and will verify if the company meets the participation requirements

  1. All registration and participation will be evaluated and approved by the Organizers of the event.
  2. The participating company must have an updated and accessible website, and promotion and marketing tools for the destinations it sells.
  3. Registered companies have the right to cancel their participation until October 15, 2020.
  4. The Organizers reserve the right to prohibit or remove participants from the platform if their behavior does not meet the objective of the event. You will not have the right to keep your information on the platform.
  5. The Organizers are not responsible in case the event is canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances and / or force majeure, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
  6. The registered company accepts and releases the Organizers from all responsibility for any inconvenience that appears before, during and after the event that is caused by reasons that are not attributable to the Organizers
  7. Every company and its delegates registered as buyers must assume the following commitments
    • Review the profile of the suppliers that will be provided by the Organizers, so that they can schedule their business meetings with suppliers of your interest.
    • Comply with all business appointments scheduled with suppliers
    • Visit the auditorium where seminars will be offered during the days of the event
    • Attend the networking area, a space for interaction with participants to exchange information
    • Complete the post-event survey to obtain the assessment and results of your participation in the event.
  8. 8. If the conditions for participation in this event are not met, your participation in the next edition of the Peru Travel Mart will be suspended.

Important:
In case you cannot attend your business appointments due to force majeure, you must inform the event
organizers to notify the suppliers.

Registration: from September 20 to October 26, 2020

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:

Generalities
The Organizing Committee is made up of a team from PROMPERU and CANATUR.
The Organizing Committee will meet twice a week to evaluate the registration forms according to the order of entry into the system and will verify if the company meets the participation requirements

Inscription
All participating companies must be registered in MINCETUR, their participation will be evaluated by the Organizers of the event. Every participating company must have at least one website in Spanish and English.
In the case of Tour Operators, they must have a minimum of 03 years of experience in inbound tourism. Your registration will be evaluated by the Organizers of the event.

Participants
The delegates of the registered companies must be Commercial Managers or General Managers.

Cancellations
Registered Companies have the right to cancel their participation in writing until 15 october, 2020.
The Organizers are not responsible in case the event is canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances and / or force majeure, which will be communicated in a timely manner.

Important Information
The Organizers reserve the right to prohibit or remove participants from the platform if their behavior are inappropriate for the event. You will not have the right to keep your information on the platform.

Responsibilities
The registered company accepts and releases the Organizers from all responsibility for any inconvenience that appears before, during and after the event that is caused by reasons that are not attributable to the Organizers.

Commitments

  1. Review the profile of the buyers that will be provided by the Organizers, so that they can request their business meetings with the buyers of their interest.
  2. They must request at least 50 appointments during the days of the event
  3. Attend all scheduled business appointments.
  4. Attend the webinars that are scheduled before and during the event.
  5. Complete the post-event survey to obtain the assessment and results of your participation in the event.

Penalty
In case of non-attendance at any of your business appointments or the conditions of participation in this event are breached, your participation in the next edition of Peru Travel Mart will be suspended.
